How It Works

We're ready to collaborate with your realtor or lender to streamline your path to homeownership. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of your home-buying experience is as seamless and positive as possible.

STEP 1) DOWNLOAD YOUR PAPERWORK  

Completed Homebuyer Application, Affidavit Form, Credit Authorization Form (All Located Below), Credit Check Fee $33.50 (Per Borrower) $67.00 (Two Borrowers) Cash or Check, 3 Most Recent Paystubs, 2 or 3 years of Tax Returns (1040's & W-2's), 3 Months of Bank Statements.

STEP 2) SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT 

Once we receive your paperwork, our team will contact you to arrange your appointment. 

STEP 3) PERSONALIZED CONSULTATION 

Begin your journey to homeownership with a confidential meeting with a Housing Trust counselor. In this session, we focus on understanding your unique home aspirations. Our experts offer tailored advice on credit and finances, evaluating your purchasing capabilities and eligibility for financial aid, as well as access to discounted properties. You'll leave this meeting with a clear plan, outlined in three initial steps toward owning your dream home.

STEP 4) ATTEND A HOMEBUYER TRAINING CLASS

STEP 5) ONGOING SUPPORT

From your first meeting onwards, your dedicated counselor will guide you through every stage of the process. Whether it’s understanding paperwork, navigating financial complexities, or celebrating the moment you close on your new home, we're here to support you every step of the way.
