Thanks to the generous support provided by the HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS) grant, we are now able to offer a helping hand to first-time homebuyers within this resilient community.​​ Eligibility Criteria: Your income must fall below 80% of the median income, aligning with the program's commitment to assist  those who need it most.
