The Homebuyer Assistance Program, managed by The Housing Trust under contract with Los Alamos County, helps income-qualified households achieve homeownership. This program provides down payment assistance through a subsidy loan, making homeownership more accessible.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Over the last twenty years, the Santa Fe Community Housing Trust has developed more than 700 homes in 24 neighborhoods throughout the city with an emphasis on quality design, construction and resource efficiency. We use subsidies to reduce costs without compromising on quality.
